Residencies and Fellowships
The Anesthesiology and Perioperative Medicine residency program at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is a four-year, ACGME-accredited program that admits 17 PGY-1 residents per year.
Anesthesia Critical Care Fellowship
The Anesthesia Critical Care Fellowship at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is a one-year (12-month) ACGME-accredited program that admits one fellow per year.
Anesthesia/Pain Medicine Fellowship
The Anesthesia/Pain Medicine Fellowship at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is a one-year (12-month), ACGME-accredited program that admits three fellows per year.
Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship
The Cardiac Anesthesia Fellowship at Penn State Health Milton S. Hershey Medical Center is a one-year, ACGME-accredited program that admits one fellow per year.
Pediatric Anesthesiology Fellowship
We train fellows:
- In the art and science of giving pediatric patients and their families excellent, safe and compassionate perioperative and pain management care
- To become leaders in clinical and academic pediatric anesthesiology.
The four-week anesthesiology electives are designed to build upon your past Anesthesiology clerkship/elective experience and provide you with a stronger foundation in anesthesiology.
