Radiology – Musculoskeletal
The section is staffed by six fellowship trained, board certified musculoskeletal radiologists and one musculoskeletal imaging fellow. The faculty has advanced subspecialty expertise in sports medicine MRI, imaging of arthritis, musculoskeletal ultrasound and musculoskeletal oncology. Our faculty members are committed to providing world-class interpretive services and are dedicated to educating the radiologists of tomorrow.
The section enjoys a strong clinical, educational and research relationship with the Orthopedic, Rheumatology and Pathology Departments. The Orthopedic Department provides a wide range of services including oncology, sports, joint replacement, trauma, spine and foot/ankle surgery ensuring that our trainees have a broad exposure to a range of musculoskeletal disease.
Section of Musculoskeletal Imaging provides a comprehensive range of radiologic services using state of the art equipment. Modalities including magnetic resonance imaging (3T and 1.5 T systems), computed tomography (16-128 slice CT systems), radiography (CR and DR), fluoroscopy and musculoskeletal ultrasound are performed and interpreted in an all-digital environment.
