About Me
Born and raised in Philadelphia, Dr. Hartman has a passion for obstetrics and pediatric care in family medicine. Prior to joining Penn State Health, she practiced family medicine in rural western Maryland. Dr. Hartman understands that pregnancy is a special time in a woman's life. She proudly tailors obstetrical care to each patient's needs. Dr. Hartman offers overall family and community medicine to any member of the family, and also cares for children and adults of all ages.
