Radiology – X-ray and Fluoroscopy
Our team of experts use diagnostic x-rays images as well as live x-ray called Fluoroscopy with contrast die to see the state and functioning of organ systems within the body. They can use these services to diagnose conditions and diseases.

X-ray and Fluoroscopy
Our skilled team includes highly trained technologists, radiologist assistants and subspecialty-trained, board-certified radiologists. We strive together to provide high-quality imaging and personal care for each patient. That includes making radiation safety a priority with every image.
Our diagnostic team performs two different types of imaging:
- Radiography, or diagnostic X-rays. These create images with small amounts of radiation. They can be done at any of our imaging locations that indicate “X-rays.” You can have an X-ray on a walk-in basis.
- Fluoroscopy - These exams use live X-ray along with contrast dye. They can visualize organ systems in real time. These studies require an appointment.
Our team also offers less common exams. That includes:
If you are pregnant or may be pregnant, please tell the technologist before your exam. You may need to have a different test.
X-rays may be done with the patient in various positions. A technologist will explain the process beforehand and help you during the exam.
Fluoroscopic exams may require extra steps for patients both before and during the test. Please talk to the doctor who ordered your test, so you know how to prepare.
The radiologist will analyze the images and send a report to your doctor. This usually happens within 48 hours. Your doctor will then discuss the results with you.
